ICTS has earned recognition as a certified dual workplace through the West-Flemish province’s initiative in Belgium.

In this innovative program, students allocate 60% of their time to the workplace during their secondary education. Unlike conventional internships, students immerse themselves in work for an entire school year, fostering a realistic work environment and promoting independence.

ICTS takes pride in currently having two dual learning students, Thomas and Robben, in its workshops in Zeebrugge, Belgium. These students work as actual mechanics, fully integrating into our teams for their practical training.
