Highlights from TransLogistica Poland 2025

Written by ICTS Group | 25/11/2025

TransLogistica Poland once again pulled the logistics world to Warsaw, and ICTS was there to follow the conversations that matter and meet the people shaping them. The fair offered a full schedule of meetings, quick catch-ups in the aisles and longer talks about what companies expect in the months ahead.

This year, ICTS joined the Eurogate Connect stand, giving both teams the chance to talk about their new partnership and the practical benefits it offers for transport operators. Visitors showed strong interest, often sharing their own operational challenges and asking how combined services might support their routes across Europe.

Dr. George Nagy (CEO):

“The future of our industry lies in delivering broader, more integrated support that genuinely strengthens our clients’ operations. Our long-standing partnership between Eurogate and ICTS is a clear example of how this direction becomes reality. By aligning our strengths, we are building a service ecosystem that goes beyond traditional transport solutions, particularly in trailer leasing and breakdown support. This collaboration provides our clients with greater stability in both service performance across Europe and the predictability of their costs, which is increasingly important in today’s turbulent market. TransLogistica Warsaw once again demonstrated the value of this shared vision and how much can be achieved through committed, long-term partnership.”

Throughout the fair, the ICTS delegation sat down with long-standing partners including Uni Logistics, Ewals, DFDS, and Loconi. These conversations were open and forward-looking, ranging from reflections on this year’s operations to ideas for improving fleet availability, maintenance planning and digital processes next year.

Adam Nagy (Group MD):

“Every year at TransLogistica Warsaw, we are reminded that the most impactful progress comes from working with the right partners. ICTS brings a level of technical expertise and reliability that perfectly complements Eurogate Connect. Seeing customers respond so positively to our shared trailer leasing and breakdown service offering only reinforces how strong this collaboration truly is.”

Piotr Gawienczyk (Service Development Manager):

"TransLogistica Poland surprises again with the quality and scale of the event. Every year, it brings together an increasing number of industry professionals. This year was a special one for us. Eurogate Group is celebrating its 35th anniversary. I am especially proud that we were able to participate in this event together with our strategic partner ICTS. This is a significant step in strengthening our cooperation and expanding our market presence. I am very pleased with how visitors have experienced our collaboration, and I am convinced that great things are to come."

The ICTS Team also visited the Port of Antwerp-Bruges stand to reconnect with long-term partners Martin Hubenak and Johan Abel. Later, thanks to and introduction from the Belgian Business Chamber, Jan Coene met with the Belgian Ambassador in Poland, Rik Van Droogenbroeck, for a constructive discussion about future cooperation. Michael Coene met with Abel Nagy from Eurogate Connect.

TransLogistica Poland once again proved to be a valuable place to compare experiences, exchange ideas and understand where the market is heading. ICTS left Warsaw with new contact, useful insights and a lot of gratitude towards partner Eurogate Connect for their hospitality and excellent organization.
