Strategically located in the heart of the Port of Gdynia, the ICTS office in Poland brings us even closer to our clients and their operations. Initial figures show that around 75% of our trailer fleet in the region is linked to port-related activities — whether regularly or occasionally.
From standard Huckepack trailers and mega trailers to container chassis, our customers rely on flexible rental solutions for their transport flows — whether dispatching trailers to Scandinavia or collecting containers at the terminal. ICTS Gdynia offers full support, tailored to both short- and long-term needs.
A port on the rise
The Port of Gdynia is evolving rapidly. In 2024, it reported a net profit of over PLN 140 million (+32%) and handled 975,000 TEU — nearing a historic record. Several major investments are underway, including:
- A new intermodal terminal (2025)
- Construction of new breakwaters (2.5 km by 2028)
- Expansion of the Outer Port (151 ha)
- The "Red Road" for better port access
These developments confirm the port’s growing role in Poland’s maritime logistics — and further strengthen the need for reliable transport equipment and local support.
