How have you experienced cooperation with ICTS over the years?
Our long-term partnership with ICTS is defined by a spirit of openness and mutual respect shared with the entire staff across Zeebrugge, Antwerp, Ghent, and Gdynia. Since 2008, our collaboration has been consistently smooth and solution-oriented. A significant milestone was the registration of our trailers in Belgium in 2018, which paved the way for a steady expansion of the cooperation. Today, ICTS is a strategically important workshop partner for LKW WALTER.
What makes ICTS a reliable or valued partner for your organization?
Managing maintenance and servicing a fleet of around 15,000 trailers, of which 2,400 are registered in Belgium, requires workshop partners who offer both reliability and a high degree of flexibility across Europe. ICTS handles a substantial portion of our legally mandated inspections (TC). By consistently executing these statutory checks, they play an essential role in ensuring the continuous compliance, safety, and operational readiness of our fleet.

One aspect of our cooperation with ICTS that stands out in particular is their support during periods of peak workshop demand. On multiple occasions, ICTS has demonstrated remarkable flexibility by offering short-notice appointment slots and additional workshop capacity. Their proactive, solution-oriented “can-do” approach has been instrumental in keeping our fleet fully operational, even under challenging conditions. Moments like these clearly highlight the strength and reliability of the partnership that we greatly value with ICTS.
