Interview with TAJ

In 2020, ICTS began its succesful collaboration with TAJ, a leading player in the transport sector. 

Introduced by Leanid Oksin, a long-time client, our partnership quickly flourished, with TAJ trusting ICTS for their key logistics routes in Uithoorn and Antwerp. Over time, we’ve worked hand in hand to support their operations, including organizing specialized training and becoming a certified service partner for SBS locks—a valuable solution for their needs in Belgium and the Netherlands.

In the following interview, we sit down with Mr. Oksin to discuss the journey of TAJ’s partnership with ICTS, the challenges they face in the industry, and the shared values that make this cooperation so successful.

How would you describe the quality of the services provided by ICTS?

The quality of services provided by ICTS is excellent. They offer the best contact, a clear flow of information, competitive pricing, and a high standard of professionalism and service quality.

How have we contributed to efficiency and reliability of your operations?

ICTS has significantly contributed to the efficiency and reliability of our operations. They adopt a ‘one problem, one repair’ approach, ensuring long-term reliable operation of our equipment. This level of reliability is a dream for any technical department.

How have we positively impacted to your operations in key port areas like Amsterdam?

ICTS has had a positive impact on our operations in key port areas like Amsterdam by repairing vehicles during the drivers’ daily breaks. This approach minimizes vehicle downtime due to breakdowns, enhancing our operation efficiency.

What role do you see ICTS playing in your future projects or expansions, such as rental or breakdown solutions for example?

I see ICTS playing a crucial role in our future projects and expansions, particularly concerning semi-trailers. Whether it is rental or the most complex repairs, ICTS provides fast, clear, and seamless service. This enables us to maintain a high level of service for our most demanding high-end customers.

What additional services that ICTS provides would be helpful for TAJ?

The additional services that ICTS provides would be highly beneficial for TAJ, especially in areas of trailer breakdown and post-accident repairs, repair of refrigeration units, air cargo roller bed repair, and SBS lock repair. These are everyday issues that we need to address in our fleet.

On a personal note, how have you found working with the ICTS team? Are you happy with the communication provided by your points of contact?

My experience working with the ICTS team has been exceptionally positive. The team’s expertise and commitment consistently exceed my expectations, creating a productive and collaborative working environment.
