In July, ICTS’s newest team members completed their onboarding program. Over the course of one week, they visited all ICTS sites in Belgium, participated in hands-on activities in the workshops, received guided tours of each facility and the port areas, and gained valuable insights from colleagues across various departments.
YAKUP AKTAM. Effective April 1st, 2025, Yakup Aktam has been appointed Workshop Manager at the fully renewed Uithoorn facility in the Netherlands. With extensive experience and specialised technical know-how, particularly in air cargo trailers, Yakup oversees all workshop operations including parking, APK, maintenance, repair and body shop services.
ANGELINO DECAESTEKER. Effective June 30th, 2025, Angelino Decaesteker has been appointed Operations Officer at the Business Line Rental in Ghent. With over 20 years of experience in quality management, Angelino brings extensive know-how to ICTS (Six Sigma, 8D, Ishikawa, RQM, quality solving tools, internal audits). His experience will further enhance commitment to quality at the Operations of ICTS Business Line Rental.
ADEM VELAGIC. Effective March 5th, 2025, Adem Velagic has been appointed Country Manager Rental for the Netherlands. Based in Uithoorn, he is leading the Rental Team and focusing on strengthening ICTS’s presence in this key market. His leadership is key to further developing our rental business in the region.
KYLLIAN DE MEYER. Effective March, 2025, Kyllian de Meyer has been appointed Workshop Manager in Ghent. In this position, Kyllian is responsible for the daily operations at the Ghent workshop, including coordination of maintenance, repairs, MOT inspections, tyre services and bodywork. As the main customer contact on site, he leads the local team, oversees planning, and ensures all activities are carried out to the highest standard.
ADNAN GRCIC. Effective May 6th, 025, Adnan Grcic has been appointed Operations Officer in Uithoorn. Adnan has extensive experience from the Transport & Logistics Industry. Based at our site in the Netherlands, Adnan is, among other tasks, responsible for the check-in and check-out of trailers, acts as a first-line contact for drivers and existing customers, and monitors fleet status and inspection planning. His role is key to ensure continuous improvement and customer service on site.
