HENRI RUYSSEN. Appointed on August 4th as Legal Affairs Manager. With a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Maastricht and previous experience as a tax adviser at PwC Luxembourg, Henri now oversees all legal affairs at ICTS, including KYC, contracts, subsidies, insurance, compliance, claims, warranties, guidelines and directives.
DONATAS MOCKUS. Appointed on August 18th, Donatas became ICTS’s new Head of Services and member of the ICTS Executive Committee. Former CEO and board member of Trelo, Donatas brings extensive expertise in truck and trailer maintenance, car carrier markets, and operations across Germany, France, Belgium and Eastern Europe.
NATALIA GOSK. Appointed on February 1st as Branch & Commercial Manager for Poland. Based in Gdynia, Natalia is responsible for developing ICTS’s commercial activities regarding Rental and Services, and managing the local branch. With her solid background in the transport industry, Natalia strengthens ICTS’s presence in Poland.
During their onboarding week in Belgium and the Netherlands, the new colleagues visited all ICTS branches and departments to gain valuable insights into the operations. A highlight was their visit to LDH-Trans in Ghent, guided by ICTS Workshop Manager Kyllian de Meyer. Natalia Gosk shared: “As part of our onboarding, we had the pleasure of visiting LDH-Trans, a family-owned container transportation company. We got to know the operations team, gained valuable insights into their daily work, and saw their container depot in action.”
LDH-Trans, founded in 2000, has grown impressively from one truck to a fleet of around 30 vehicles and over 100 trailers. They rely on ICTS for their technical inspections. Their story left a strong impression on the new team members.
Later that week, the team went to the ICTS branch in Uithoorn. As part of their onboarding program, they had the pleasure of visiting long-standing partner and client, Olof-MTT BV, and taking a short tour of Rotterdam Car Terminal BV.
Since 2001, Olof-MTT has specialized in international road freight transport across the EU, Great Britain, and Ireland, operating a modern fleet of MEGA trailers that handle both full loads and part loads – unaccompanied or driver-accompanied.
