In February, ICTS welcomed new team members through an intensive onboarding program. The process included new talent from key departments within ICTS: Ewa Bentz from the TTP team, Elke De Jonghe and Ashir Iqbal from the finance team, and Samir Mhadeb, ICTS’s new Operations Manager. The onboarding provided an in-depth introduction to ICTS’s values, processes, and strategic direction, ensuring a smooth integration in the organization.
