In April, the ICTS team in Ghent provided training for new DFDS drivers on the safe operation of ICTS Side Loader container chassis.
ICTS currently rents out two Side Loader units to DFDS on a long-term basis. The training focused on safety procedures, correct operation of the system, container handling and chassis compatibilities.
Side Loader chassis can be used for handling 20ft-2x20ft-40ft-45ft High Cube containers and allow containers to be loaded and unloaded independently without additional lifting equipment.
