Collaborating with sheltered workshops and social enterprises
At ICTS, we believe everyone deserves the chance to use their talents at work. That’s why ICTS works with sheltered workshops creating opportunities for people with limited access to the labour markets. In 2024, ICTS Services in Zeebrugge, Belgium partnered with ODAS and since September 2025, Mirto Green Team has been managing green areas and cleaning the parking site in Ghent, Belgium.
What does ICTS want to achieve?
These partnerships build long-term cooperation in site maintenance while promoting the employees meaningful work and room to develop their potential.
