In februari verwelkomde ICTS nieuwe teamleden via een intensief onboardingprogramma. Dit traject begeleidde nieuw talent uit verschillende sleuteldepartementen binnen ICTS: Ewa Bentz van het TTP-team, Elke De Jonghe en Ashir Iqbal van het Finance team, en Samir Mhadeb, de nieuwe Operations Manager. Tijdens de onboarding maakten zij uitgebreid kennis met de waarden, processen en strategische koers van ICTS, zodat ze vlot hun weg vinden binnen de organisatie.

ICTS is altijd op zoek naar nieuw talent.
