On May 29th and 30th, ICTS held its annual Business Reviews for the Services and Rental teams. Colleagues from Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland came together to look at results, share ideas, and set new goals.
Services: focus on performance and new ideas
The Services review brought together workshop, fleet, and finance teams to assess performance and ongoing improvements. Key updates included enhanced use of digital tools (HubSpot, WACS, Accountview), the ICTS Academy for mechanic training, and targeted actions to improve efficiency in underperforming areas. New initiatives focused on damage process optimization, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships to grow workshop activity and strengthen ICTS’s market position.
Rental pushes for more efficiency and aligned processes
The Rental team is working on a more harmonized and efficient approach across countries. By aligning systems, contracts, and procedures in Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland, the goal is to simplify workflows and improve cost control. This includes smarter invoicing, clearer credit checks and a more consistent way of working across all locations.
