A new group of colleagues recently completed the ICTS onboarding programme, designed to give newcomers a full understanding of the organisation and its activities.
Philip Maselis joined ICTS as IT Support, while Eder Alves and Lucas Magán started at TTP in Business Intelligence and Project Management roles respectively. Rafael Borges joined ICTS in Ghent, Belgium, as an intern.
During an intensive onboarding week, the group travelled across the ICTS network, visiting different branches and meeting the teams behind the operations. Presentations from key departments, client and workshop visits, and practical insights into daily activities provided a comprehensive introduction to the organisation.
The ICTS onboarding programme ensures that new colleagues quickly gain a clear view of how the different services, locations and teams work together across the ICTS network.
