During April 2026, comprehensive safety training sessions were successfully delivered in the workshops of Zeebrugge, Ghent, and Uithoorn to reinforce the correct use of safety harnesses and lanyards with shock absorbers on scissor lifts.
These workshops are specialized on upper structure repairs of trailers. The program focused on proper harness fitting, correct attachment procedures, the critical role of the shock absorber, and the importance of using the nearest fixation point to reduce pendulum risks during falls. By combining practical demonstrations with clear safety guidelines, the training strengthened operational safety awareness and emphasized that correct harness use remains essential for protecting personnel working at height.
