ICTS is pleased to announce a new partnership with Omida Logistics, a prominent European transport company with 14 years of experience in transport, forwarding, and logistics, and over 2.5 million completed services worldwide.

Recent months have been full of important events for Omida Logistics. In June 2024, the Boards of Directors of OMIDA Group, Omida Logistics, Virtus Logistics, and Cargonite signed a letter of intent, starting the process of merging the three OMIDA Group portfolio companies. The merger aims to improve operational efficiency, establish consistent and automated service processes, and ultimately make the new entity more attractive to customers primarily through even greater reliability and quality of service.

In a significant development, Omida Logistics, in partnership with Omida Intermodal, Virtus Logistics, and METRANS, launched a new rail connection between Poznań and Duisburg. This joint venture provides two weekly departures from both Poland and Germany, utilizing 19 wagons and offering 38 transport places, including 32 slots for semi-trailers and 6 for containers.
